Residential two-story water damage

An upstairs toilet supply line failed and created several inches of standing water throughout this Las Vegas resident’s home.  SERVPRO of Northern Las Vegas responded instantly and provided necessary emergency services.  Within hours, all the standing water and damaged laminate flooring was gone, drying equipment had been setup to keep secondary damage at bay and to alleviate the excess humidity throughout the home.  Further inspection yielded saturated drywall and building materials throughout this residence.   With the proper knowledge and experience SERVPRO of Northern Las Vegas was able to dry the minimally affected materials however, all saturated non-restorable building materials had to be removed to concentrate air flow on the structure to achieve our dry out goals.  Within days SERVPRO of Northern Las Vegas had this home dry, cleaned up and ready for repairs.
