Thank you so much for all that you have done; the quality of your work and the warmth of your concern.  The claim/loss was devastating, considering it was my first and only homeowner's claim, but your personal concern and going above and beyond mere customer service helped make it tolerable. Your employees onsite were yet another extension of the way you do business and has renewed my faith in the business world, especially here in Las Vegas. I discovered a mold problem in my kitchen and was referred to SERVPRO of Northern Las Vegas by my insurance company. They scheduled an appointment to review the problem that same day.  The gentleman that came out was very informative and put me at ease right away.
